Colleyville City Councilmembers are elected at-large, which means the Councilmembers represent the entire city, not an electoral district of the city. 

The Councilmembers are elected by all voters in the city, not a voter group defined by a geographical area.

City Council meetings are generally held on the first and third Tuesday of each month in the City Council Chambers, on the third floor of City Hall, 100 Main Street. 

The Pre Council and Executive Session (Executive Session closed to the public) begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by the regular meeting of the City Council at 7:30 p.m.
